The Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami Announced a solatium of Rs 1 Lakh to the kin of the Deceased.

Due to the Lack of Arrangement at the Athi Varadhar Festival in Kancheepuram, 4 Persons who went to the temple for a Darshan lost their Lives due to Suffocation, Amidst raging criticism about it.

According to our reports, All the 4 Victims Com-pained of Breathlessness while waiting in the queue for the darshan on Thursday. They were Immediately taken to the temporary medical center on the temple premises and administered first aid. The Doctor in the medical center also refereed them to the Kancheepuram Government Hospital for Further Medical attention of Treatments.
But Unfortunately all the four of them, were died in the Kancheepuram Government Hospital only, later on.

The Victims have been Identified as AnandhaveNataranjan (61) from Chennai and the Last one is the Gangalakshmi (47) from Andra Pradesh.

Athi Varadhar is a Hindu Event that only takes place in an after 40 Years only for one Time.

The Statue of the deity, made out of the fig tree, it is usually kept in the temple tank of the Varadharaja Perumal temple in Kancheepuram. It is taken out once every 40 Years and kept for devotees to come and offer prayers for 48 Days.

Devotees have been thronging the temple since from day first as this is a festival which took place only after 40 years, so many people comes for the Darshan to this temple from many long Places.

Currently, the average waiting to catch a glimpse of the deity ranges between three and seven hours as thousands of devotees queue up in front of the temples.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K Palanismami Announced a Solatium of Rs. 1 Lakh to the Kin of those who Perished in the Tragedy. However , the Chief Minister Claimed that all the four Persons who had died had left the temple after the Darshan and had developed Health complications on their way back to their homes.

He also added that ,those who were died, had already a serious issues of medical problem before also.“we didn’t expect such a Large turnout of devotees come for “Darshan” of Athi Varadar.

Even at the Tirumala Temple, 75,000 devotees comes a day and necessary Facilities are there, “ He said in the Assembly.According to him, people around 1.75 Lakhs had come for Darshan on Thursday.

The massive Influx of devotees from far and wide has thrown life in a very small place of town known as Kancheepuram out of gear.

Once this had happen, all the crowd had gather together and they had taken a Social media to record this disappointment tragedy happens in that temple with the arrangement made in the spot.

From Six Kilometers away from the temple to lack of drinking water and fans en-route the shrine, From setting up parking spots, people continue to raise complaints against the district and the state administration office.
